Summary
Establishing the Youth Sports Safety Advisory Commission to study evidence-based policies and practices for maximizing safety for youth athletes with a concentration on youth athletes who are under the age of 15 years; and requiring the Commission to submit a report of its findings and recommendations to the Governor, the State Board of Education, the Maryland Department of Health, and the General Assembly by December 31, 2024.
