Summary

Requiring the State Department of Assessments and Taxation to publish on its website certain information in plain language relating to the assessment process and methodology used in determining the value of real property; allowing certain authorities to consider certain criteria when hearing an appeal related to the valuation of real property; and requiring the appeal authority to notify, within 10 days after a decision regarding commercial property, the governing body of a county and municipal corporation in which the property is located.
