Summary

Requiring a ballot issue committee that receives a contribution of $5,000 or more during a specified period before an election to report the contribution to the State Board of Elections within 24 hours; requiring a report of a contribution under the Act to include specified information; and requiring the State Board to develop an Internet site for the purpose of receiving reports of contributions under the Act and making the reports available to the public.
