Requiring, on or before March 1 each year, a certain law enforcement agency to provide the Governor's Office of Crime Control and Prevention with the total dollar amount for the previous calendar year that was paid to settle claims and pay judgments for certain police misconduct and civil rights actions; requiring the Governor's Office of Crime Control and Prevention to adopt certain procedures and analyze and disseminate certain information; requiring a certain annual report; and defining certain terms.
