Summary

Exempting from property taxes the dwelling of certain eligible senior citizens and, following transfer, certain joint owners under certain circumstances; requiring the State to reimburse each county and municipal corporation a certain amount of revenue that would have been collected but for the property tax exemption required under the Act; requiring the Comptroller to distribute from the State Lottery Fund to a county or municipal corporation a certain amount; etc.
