Summary

Requiring the Department of State Police to adopt policies and procedures by January 1, 2021, for the use of body-worn cameras consistent with certain policies developed by the Maryland Police Training and Standards Commission; and requiring the Department to issue body-worn cameras for police employees of the Department to use while on duty by January 1, 2021.
