Summary
Stating it is the intent of the General Assembly that the Department of State Police not locate training facilities with firearm ranges near any building, grounds, parking lot, or open space owned or occupied by a hospital, educational facility, correctional facility or juvenile facility; requiring the Governor to appropriate funds in certain years for the planning and relocation of certain training facilities of the Department; and requiring a certain annual report regarding the facilities be submitted by December 15, 2023.
