Summary
Prohibiting the Board of License Commissioners for Prince George's County from approving the transfer or sale of a Class A beer, wine, and liquor license; requiring the holder of a Class A beer, wine, and liquor license to return the license to the Board if the license expires or the license holder no longer wishes to hold the license; and prohibiting the Board from reissuing a Class A beer, wine, and liquor license under certain circumstances.
