AN ACT RELATIVE TO CLASS A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1.  Section 31 of chapter 94C of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2008 Official Edition is hereby by striking out, in line 85, the words “Ketamine Hydrochloride” and inserting in place thereof the following word:-  Ketamine.
