In the Year Two Thousand and Nine

An Act providing for a study of energy effeciency in laundromats.

                Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. Any new equipment that is replaced or installed in any laundromat in the Commonwealth shall be ENERGY STAR rated.
