An Order relative to authorizing the committee on Elder Affairs to make an investigation and study of  Senate and House documents concerning elder issues.


 

              Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

              Ordered , That An Order relative to authorizing the committee on Elder Affairs to make an investigation and study of Senate documents numbered 302, 313, 314, 315, 321, 326, 329 and House documents numbered 531, 532, 548, 549, 550, and 3437 concerning elder issues.

Said committee shall report to the General Court the results of it’s in Said Committee shall report to the General Court the results of its investigation and study, and its recommendations, if any, together with drafts of legislation necessary to carry such recommendations into effect, by filing the same with the Clerk of the House of Representatives on or before the last Wednesday in December, Two Thousand and Ten.
