An Act RELATIVE TO SAFE DRIVING.


 

              Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. The Massachusetts Department of Transportation shall conduct a study of the use of certain mechanical devices to prevent vehicles from erroneously entering the highway on the off- ramp instead of the on-ramp on Exits 13 through 16 on Route 128 northbound. The department shall report its findings to the Joint Committee on Transportation no later than December 30, 2010.
