An Act relative to motor vehicle excise for senior citizens.
Be
it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court
assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 1 of chapter 60A of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2006 Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding the following paragraph:-
The excise imposed by this section shall be reduced by 35 per cent for a motor vehicle owned and registered by a person 70 years of age or older.
