Summary

Create a new section of KRS Chapter 211 to require the Cabinet for Health and Family Services to make information on postpartum depression and a postpartum assessment tool available on its Web site; require birthing centers and hospitals to provide postpartum information to women, fathers, and family members; require health care providers providing postnatal care to women and pediatric providers to invite women to complete a postpartum assessment tool.
