Summary

Create new section of KRS Chapter 411 to create a cause of action for introduction of an identification device; create new section of KRS Chapter 454 to restrict use of facial recognition technology and biometric identifiers; create new section of KRS Chapter 411 to create a cause of action for use of facial recognition technology or biometric identifiers; create new sections of KRS Chapters 6, 13B, 23A, 24A, and 29A to prohibit use of facial recognition technology as evidence; propose a new rule of evidence to make evidence gained from use of facial regnition inadmissible.
