Summary
Amend KRS 15.733 to allow the disqualification of a prosecuting attorney from the retrail of a case due to discriminatory jury selection practices; create new section of KRS Chapter 27A to require the Administrative Office of the Courts to collect and report data on the race, ethnicity, and sex of members of juries.
