Summary
Propose to amend Sections 30, 31, and 32 of the Constitution of Kentucky to change the terms of Senators from four to six years and the terms of Representatives from two to four years, and to prevent Senators and Representatives from serving more than three consecutive terms of office beginning with the general election held in November 2024.
