Summary

Amend KRS 367.170 to exempt acts or practices permitted, approved, or regulated by a regulatory body pursuant to a state or federal statute from acts that are declared unlawful; amend KRS 367.220 to add elements that a consumer must prove in an action against a seller or lessor of goods under KRS Chapter 367.
