Create a new section of KRS Chapter 164 to allow an independent institution or postsecondary educational institution to require a student to receive a vaccination for disease if exemption provisions are allowed; create a new section of KRS 216B to allow a health facility to require an employee to receive a vaccination for disease if exemption provisions are allowed; EMERGENCY.
