Summary
Create a new section of KRS Chapter 39A to require that vaccine be distributed to a qualified and enrolled vaccine site that has storage capability, reporting ability, and a sufficient number of preregistered and scheduled patients who meet current vaccine phase criteria during a state of emergency involving an infectious disease that requires vaccine distribution; EMERGENCY.
