Summary

Create a new section of KRS 199.892 to 199.896 to permit family child-care homes to group children birth to 24 months of age and children 12 to 36 months of age together in a defined area unique to the group; require the cabinet to promulgate administrative regulations for staff-to-child ratios based on the youngest child in the group.
