Summary

Create a new section in KRS Chapter 11 that would prohibit an executive order from substanially burdening a person's freedom of religion, right to bear arms, right to protect themselves or their property, own or operate a business, or a person's right to collect, extract, or distribute natural resources that would serve as a source of energy to heat, cool, or provide electricity to homes, or provide fuel to vehicles; prohibit an executive order from violating other laws; create a new section in KRS Chapter 13A that would prohbit an administrative regulation from substanially burdening a person's freedom of religion, right to bear arms, right to protect themselves or their property, own or operate a business, or a person's right to collect, extract, or distribute natural resources that would serve as a source of energy to heat, cool, or provide electricity to homes, or provide fuel to vehicles; prohibit an administrative regulation from violating other laws.
