Summary

Create new sections of KRS 6.601 to 6.849 to make it ethical misconduct for a legislator or legislative agent to engage in discrimination or sexual harassment; define "discrimination" and "sexual harassment"; amend KRS 6.807 to require the Legislative Ethics Commission to issue electronic notifications to legislative agents who have registered; amend KRS 6.811 to permit legislative agents to make campaign contributions to a member of the General Assembly who is a candidate seeking election for a statewide office.
