Summary

Create a new section of KRS Chapter 205 to, notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary, require the Cabinet for Health and Family Services and any regional managed care partnership or other entity under contract with the cabinet for the administration or provision of the Medicaid program to provide Medicaid reimbursement for any abortion and abortion related health care services provided to a person eligible for Medicaid in Kentucky.
