Summary

Create a new section of Subtitle 17A of KRS Chapter 304 to prohibit an insurer offering a health benefit plan from requiring the use of a mail-order pharmacy to fill a prescription; create a new section of KRS Chapter 18A to prohibit any plan offered by the Personnel Cabinet to require an employee or employee's covered dependent from requiring the use of a mail-order pharmacy to fill a prescription.
