Create a new section of KRS Chapter 61 to prohibit the use or download of TikTok on any network or device under the control of a public agency; define "public agency"; direct the Commonwealth Office of Technology and public agencies to implement controls to block access to TikTok on networks or devices under the control of a public agency; permit the judicial branch of state government to implement its own ban and restrictions of TikTok; EMERGENCY.
