Summary
Create a new section of KRS Chapter 386 for the formation and administration of a trust for the care of an animal alive during the settlor's lifetime; provide that the trust terminates upon the death of the animal; require that the property of a trust be applied only to its intended use; allow enforcement of the trust by a person appointed in the terms of the trust instrument or by a person appointed by the court.
