Summary

Create a new Chapter of KRS 158 to require a financial literacy course as a high school graduation requirement; direct the Kentucky Board of Education to promulgate administrative regulations establishing academic standards for the financial literacy course; direct the Department of Education to develop curricula, materials, and guidelines which may be used by schools for the financial literacy course.
