RESOLUTION No. 2

        A CONCURRENT RESOLUTION affirming the support of the commission on mental health for the mental health Medicaid quality advisory committee.

    Whereas, The mental health Medicaid quality advisory committee was established on a permanent basis at the recommendation of the commission on mental health in 2009; and

    Whereas, The mental health Medicaid quality advisory committee provides vital input to the drug utilization review board: Therefore,

Be it resolved by the Senate of the General Assembly

of the State of Indiana, the House of Representatives concurring:

    SECTION 1. That the commission on mental health supports the continuation of the mental health Medicaid quality advisory committee.
    SECTION 2. That copies of this resolution be transmitted by the Secretary of the Senate to the office of the secretary of family and social services.
