Bill Title: Teacher evaluation study and recommendations. Requires the department of education to: (1) study and make recommendations regarding establishing regional teams that would independently conduct teacher performance evaluations, developing a uniform teacher performance evaluation system in Indiana, and establishing other requirements regarding teacher performance evaluations; and (2) prepare and submit, not later than November 1, 2019, a report to the general assembly regarding the study and recommendations.
