Requires the state department of health to notify the department of education if the federal Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) notifies the state department of health that a public high school is identified to participate in the CDC's Youth Risk Behaviors Survey (survey). Provides that the department of education is required to notify the public high school that the school is required to participate in the survey. Requires a public high school to participate in the survey.
