    A BILL FOR AN ACT to amend the Indiana Code concerning education.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Indiana:

SOURCE: IC 20-20-8-10; (12)SB0265.1.1. -->     SECTION 1. IC 20-20-8-10 IS ADDED TO THE INDIANA CODE AS A NEW SECTION TO READ AS FOLLOWS [EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 2012]: Sec. 10. The information reported under section 8(4) of this chapter must indicate the number and percentage of students meeting academic standards for the following groups:
        (1) All students.
        (2) All students except the students who fall into the lowest five percent (5%) of students in meeting academic standards.
