Bill Title: Ownership of wild animals. Excludes the wild animal permit from the law requiring notice and hearing on an application for certain permits. Removes language that exempts wild animals that are being held in captivity under a license or permit from being the property of Indiana. Amends the department of natural resource's duties to provide for the protection and proper management of all legally and publicly owned wild animals in Indiana. Provides that the specified fish and wildlife laws do not apply to legally owned captive bred cervidae.
