Bill Title: Water and wastewater infrastructure costs. Amends the law on distribution system improvement charges to allow the utility regulatory commission (IURC) to approve the petition of a public utility providing water or wastewater service for an adjustment of the public utility's basic rates and charges to provide for recovery of infrastructure improvement costs if the total adjustment revenues produced by approving the petition would not exceed 10% of the public utility's base revenue level approved by the IURC in the public utility's most recent general rate proceeding. (Under current law, the limit is 5% of the public utility's base revenue level.)
