Bill Title: State executive officer salaries. Establishes the executive officers compensation advisory commission to do the following: (1) For each executive state officer (governor, lieutenant governor, secretary of state, auditor of state, treasurer of state, state superintendent of public instruction, and attorney general), determine the most recent year that the executive officer received a salary increase. (2) Receive information relating to the salaries of executive officers. (3) Consider recommendations for suitable salaries for executive officers. (4) Take testimony relating to the salaries of executive officers.
