DIGEST OF INTRODUCED BILL

Synopsis: No smoking public question. Requires an advisory local
public question to be placed on the ballot in Hartford City at the
November 2011 municipal elections to ask the voters of the city
whether the city should adopt a municipal ordinance limiting the areas
in the city where smoking will be permitted.
Effective: July 1, 2011.
