Synopsis: Improper operation of a riding lawn mower. Provides that
it is a Class C infraction for a person to operate a riding lawn mower
with a person less than 12 years of age riding on the riding lawn
mower. Provides that it is a Class C misdemeanor for a person to
knowingly or intentionally allow a person less than 12 years of age to
operate a riding lawn mower.
Effective: July 1, 2012.
