Bill Title: Earned income tax credit. Increases the amount of the state earned income tax credit. Requires: (1) the department of state revenue to compile a notice with information concerning the federal and state earned income tax credits; and (2) the office of the secretary of family and social services to provide annually the written notice concerning the federal and state earned income tax credits to certain individuals who receive assistance.
