Bill Title: Medicare supplement and Medicaid study. Requires an insurer that makes a Medicare supplement policy available to an individual eligible for Medicare based on age to make at least one "Plan A" Medicare supplement policy available to an individual eligible for Medicare based on disability. Specifies enrollment and insurance producer compensation requirements that apply to the "Plan A" policy. Requires the Medicaid advisory committee to study and make recommendations before November 1, 2019, concerning Medicaid reimbursement and school based health centers.
