Bill Title: Election day registration at central location. Permits a county election board in a county that has established a board of registration and is a vote center county to adopt an order to allow a person who is not registered to vote to register and vote on election day at a central location in the jurisdiction where the election is being held by completing a voter registration form and an affirmation that the person has not voted elsewhere in the election and by providing proof of residence.
