Bill Title: Passenger boat inspection requirements. Allows the owner of a boat that operates upon public water and carries passengers for hire to elect to have the boat inspected by either a dry dock inspection or a dockside inspection with an underwater examination of the exterior portion of the boat that is below the waterline. Requires the owner to pay an additional fee for an underwater examination of the exterior portion of the boat that is below the waterline.
