Bill Title: Resident tuition rate. Provides that an individual authorized by the United States Department of Homeland Security to be present in the United States under the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program is eligible to pay the resident tuition rate if the individual is otherwise eligible to pay the resident tuition rate of the state educational institution.
