Summary

Allows a person who is a nonresident of the jurisdictional area of a board of zoning appeals (board) and owns real property within the jurisdictional area of the board to serve as a member on the board. Provides that when an advisory municipal plan commission exercises jurisdiction outside the incorporated area of the municipality, individuals may serve on the board who are nonresidents of the unincorporated area and own real property within the unincorporated area.
