Summary

Provides that a state elected official or a member of the Indiana senate may not be registered as a lobbyist for a period of four years after the date the individual ceases to hold the state office or be a member of the Indiana senate. Provides that a member of the Indiana house of representatives may not be registered as a lobbyist for a period of two years after the date the individual ceases to be a member of the Indiana house of representatives.
