Summary

Reporting of mortality data. Defines a "national mortality schedule" as an aggregation of national mortality data collected and published by the national center for health statistics. Provides that notwithstanding any changes in methodology or formatting made to a national mortality schedule containing information on deaths occurring in 2020, the state department of health shall report on deaths occurring in Indiana in 2020 using substantially the same methodology and formatting techniques used to publish the Indiana mortality report, state and county data 2017.
