Summary

Chronic disease screening and education program. Establishes the minority population chronic disease screening and education program to be administered by the office of minority health and the state department of health, in partnership with the Indiana Minority Health Coalition, Inc., to provide screening and education to minority populations concerning certain chronic diseases.
