Summary

Provides that a person who knowingly or intentionally makes a materially false statement on a form or in a statement required by Indiana election law commits a Class D felony. Provides that if a person is convicted of this crime, the sentencing court must order the termination of the person's public employment if the person is a public employee and must prohibit the person's public employment for five years.
