Private sector retirement savings program. Urges the legislative council to assign to the interim study committee on pension management oversight (committee) the task of studying the establishment of a private sector retirement savings program in Indiana for the benefit of private sector workers who are not offered a pension or retirement plan of any kind by their employers. Sets forth certain factors concerning such a program that the committee may consider upon being assigned the study.
