Summary

Exemption from prior authorization. Provides that the Medicaid program and children's health insurance program may not require prior authorization for a medication that is approved by the federal Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for the mitigation of opioid withdrawal or approved by the FDA for the treatment of opioid use disorder.
