Summary

Medicinal use of hemp oil. Exempts caregivers and individuals with intractable epilepsy from prosecution for possession of hemp oil if the oil is being used to treat intractable epilepsy in a child (or an adult if the individual began using hemp oil as a child) under the caregiver's care.
